After I make a booking, do I have to print my confirmation page and bring it with me?No. You can download our app on your phone and show the booking confirmation screen when you get to the location. The attendants will check you in and you will not need to pay anything extra for this service. We also send an e-mail confirmation after you make a booking in case you do not have a smartphone.When I get to the location, how do I know which parking spot is mine?ParkJockey reserves you a parking spot in a lot; there are no specifically assigned parking spaces. Once you arrive, you can park anywhere in the lot unless the parking attendant instructions you otherwise.
